Now, we’re looking for a Solution Architect—a collaborative “win enabler” at the intersection of Commercial, Product, and Engineering—to help design smart, scalable solutions that support both customer value and long-term growth.

The Opportunity

This is a key cross-functional role focused on enabling success for customers and internal teams alike. As a Solution Architect at Spiideo, you’ll be a strategic technical partner from first customer interaction through onboarding and integration. You’ll help design scalable solutions that meet customer needs, align with our product vision, and support long-term commercial growth—without compromising the ability to scale.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor in sales dialogues, a connector across teams, and a driver of structured, solution-oriented delivery. Your work will directly influence Spiideo’s ability to win new business and deliver repeatable success.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborative Solution Architecture
  Partner with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to design robust, scalable solutions. Proactively shape the customer journey from initial contact by clearly defining scope, success criteria, and technical fit.
• Customer-Facing Leadership
  Lead customer-facing technical conversations with clarity and empathy. Help customers understand how Spiideo fits into their workflows, simplify complexity, and build trust and confidence.
• Partner to Sales, Not a Gatekeeper
  Support Sales with proposals, RFPs, and technical strategy—crafting compelling narratives that win deals while safeguarding product scalability. Your goal is to enable success, not to block innovation.
• Scalable-by-Design Thinking
  Anticipate custom needs and guide discussions toward repeatable solutions. Help internal teams balance short-term opportunities with long-term architecture, always with a mindset of sustainable growth.
• API & Integration Enablement
  Be the go-to expert for Spiideo’s Public API. Help customers integrate efficiently with minimal engineering friction, both pre- and post-sale.

• Proven experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and SaaS environments
• A product-first mindset and passion for scalable, repeatable solutions
• Curiosity about customer workflows and a strong drive to deliver real-world impact
• Excellent communicator and confident presenter in English
• Experience working across commercial, product, and engineering teams
• A collaborative team player who thrives on helping others succeed—customers and colleagues alike
• Proactive and structured, with a leadership mindset focused on finding solutions and setting clear but flexible technical direction
