The opportunity
Spiideo seeks to further strengthen the product team with the addition of a Product Manager within Sports Performance.

As a Product Manager at Spiideo, you’ll play a key role in driving product strategy, development and delivering real value to our users. You will take ownership of our flagship performance‑analysis platform, Spiideo Perform, that is used in the daily work by coaches and players across the globe in a wide range of sports. Among our Spiideo Perform customers you will find some of the world's most well known professional teams all the way to youth teams, leagues, conferences and federations.

Your Responsibilities

• Product vision & strategy

Shape and align product development with company goals, customer needs, and long-term growth.

•Customer insights & market analysis

Uncover user needs, analyze market trends, and explore opportunities through research and data. Pricing, segmentation, and differentiation strategies included.

• Roadmap & prioritization

Define, refine, and prioritize the product roadmap based on impact, customer feedback, and business value.

• Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with stakeholders such as customers, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and product excellence.

• Stakeholder engagement

Balance input from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management roles within the Tech/SaaS industry

• Strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with engineering teams

• Analytical, strategic mindset with a bias for data-driven decisions

• Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in English

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and navigate competing priorities

• Empathy for users — a genuine curiosity for their workflows, challenges, and motivations

• A self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

• Passion for sports and sports technology

Location
This role is based in Spiideo HQ in Malmö, Sweden. You will report

directly to the CPO.
